Bug when renaming

I have a list of files with several custom data columns. I am going through them in manager mode to add all of the data fields and rename the files. I am seeing that occasionally the custom data is being replaced with data from another file when I save. I have thousands of these files and data being changed is a big deal.

I know you likely will need more info to see where this is coming from. Let me know what you need.
