    Hello,

The 500 error (or sometimes a white page or “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.”) is a very general server error.

One of the first web search results says that “The 500 Internal Server Error is a very general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on the web site’s server but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is.”

To debug this further, please follow these steps:

    1. Ask your host to identify this specific error and/or for the PHP error log.
    2. Try and increase your WordPress memory limit: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/
    3. set WP_DEBUG to true in wp_config.php file : https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/WP_DEBUG and try again. See if you get any errors.

Please keep me updated on this issue.

I installed another new website with translatepress and it works well with no problem
once I installed wcfm plugin the 500 error happened
also I increased php memory to 512
the problem happened only with installing WCFM plugin and disappear with uninstalling it

so do you have any suggestions
    regards

    Hello,

I have tried replicating this issue on my local instance using WCFM and TranslatePress but everything seems to be working as expected.

Maybe there is a conflict with Astra theme , WCFM and TranslatePress activated simultaneously.

Does this issue occur when having only WCFM and TP activated?

Could you please open a ticket on our Support page so we can further investigate this issue?

Hello @makmerghen, sorry to bother you, but I am currently facing the same issue (however, it occurs whenever I switch to the second language and try to open any of the website’s pages) did you find out a solution for this issue?

after too much tests I discovered that the issue belonged to the hosting server

I used same everything (wordpress version, plugins, theme, database ) but in another server and it work normal
