You’d need FTP access or cPanel file access to delete the plugin and find a new one. That’s about all the support available from these new owners.
Hi there,
We’ve identified what we believe the cause is of this for some users and we will be issuing an update first thing in the morning.

Issuing an update does not solve the issue without FTP access because this error prevents access to the WordPress dashboard. Any users encountering this (myself included) would need FTP or cPanel access to either delete the plugin or manually update it.
