    The problem should be fixed in the development version (1.1.0.11).

    That’s not specific to Pods. Some plugins need to query posts (and thus pass throug my pre_get_posts filter) before every Polylang internal variables are set (in that case the list of taxononomies to translate). I forgot a protection against this in v1.1. That’s solved now 🙂
