Unfortunately, without having a look at your site I can’t provide any concrete advice. But, in general, if some JS-based links are not working (like open cart ones) or jS-heavy pages like checkout, you should configure an exception for them so that our plugin doesn’t touch them.

when (External Links – nofollow, noopener & new window) is ativated the payment section of woocommerce is start a loop with no end…!

Same problem here with WooCommerce Checkout.
Payment methods in checkout will not load, just shows a spinning progress indicator and there are no errors in the logs.
In the browser developer console, there are no errors.
I disabled all plug-ins except for External Links and the problem still exists. As soon as I deactivate External Links, the problem clears. Enabling again manifests the problem.

now i have a problem with payment button on cart page and this plugin give the payout button target=”_blank” but this button is internal link and i didnt set anything for do something like that
