I have found that with WP-edit and Advanced Page Manager both running, the link button in the toolbar does not function. Disabling this plugin makes the button work as expected.

I just tested with both plugins active and the button works. I’m going to guess that updates for either or both plugins have corrected the issue. If you’re still experiencing problems, please post in this forum.
