Hi @mjoshu4,
Looking at my test sites Analytics > Categories section the latest order I placed as a test is displaying the category statistics within that section.

To test on your site can you visit WP Admin > Analytics > Settings on your site and see if you have the ability to import any outstanding orders from this section at the bottom of that page. If you do can you import those and then look to see if the category section is populated with content.

Hi @stuartduff,
I try to fully debug on my local machine, Analytics Categories is Work for Uncategorized Product Only.
I Deleted all products and categories and make a new another for order testing but still not working.
Also, I deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce, and changing themes.
Kindly check this screenshots

Looking forward to your response thanks.
Hey @mjoshu4,
I can see from looking at your screenshots the Uncategorized category is displaying in the Analytics section. As a test can you set the order status from On Hold to Processing or Completed and see if the statistics then update.
Also did you notice if you had the the option to import any data like in the screenshot from my previous reply. If so can you try that too please.
Thanks
Hey @stuartduff,
It’s work now after I update WooCommerce 4.6.0 but I don’t see from the changelog that related to WooCommerce Analytics fix. Why?
Do you know what is the cause of this? to be aware next time.
Hi @stuartduff
Same issue here. DID the import from above, and WOO is current as is WP.
Analytics / Categories not showing some categories that exist in the PRODUCTS section. I have more than 6. There are sales in these categories.
This report is getting rave reviews and I just want it to work so I don’t have to create it every time someone is looking for data!
Note: I did breakout the circled categories, resaved them, to refine the hierarchy of categories. Does that impact anything? It seemed to work OK for the RAMEN/1PK and /2pk sub categories i created. Do i have to rebuild the database? Help!!!
Note 2: Also if i do a search in ANALYTICS/CATEGORY and search on the missing categories , they do show by themselves- but- have Zero Sales showing.
HELP!
