For example, does the issue appear when you access Payments → Overview from your dashboard?

I have tried to replicate the issue on my end, but I’m unable to reproduce it. I also noticed that you are using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and the WP Optimize plugin. For testing purposes, could you please disable both plugins and then try to replicate the issue again?

Hi @helliotech, I can see how persistent this issue has been on your end, and I appreciate the detailed information you’ve shared including the browser console output. You also asked whether uninstalling and reinstalling the WooPayments plugin would help, so let me address that as well while we continue troubleshooting.

Reinstalling the plugin alone is unlikely to resolve this issue because the error is happening before the plugin can fully load its data. The console shows multiple REST API requests returning 500 errors, and one of the required endpoints
https://helliotech.com/wp-admin/remote
is returning a 404. Since these endpoints are essential for WooPayments and WooCommerce Admin to display properly, the issue points more towards something on the server blocking or interfering with these requests rather than the plugin files themselves.

Given that the problem persists even with all plugins disabled, the next important step is to check with your hosting provider to confirm the following:

Whether any server firewall, mod_security rule, or protection layer is blocking wp-json or WooCommerce Admin routes.
Whether any recent server configuration change may have affected REST API accessibility.

In addition, you have several security layers on the site including SecuPress and Headers Security Advanced. Please review those settings to confirm nothing is blocking or rewriting REST API calls or limiting access to wc-admin and WooPayments routes.

If your host can confirm that wp-json and wc-admin endpoints are fully accessible, this will help us rule out server-related blocks. Once you’ve checked in with them, feel free to share an update and we’ll continue from there together.

Also, i’ve read the thread and the user said “All plugins are deactivated and we still have the problem“, so I guess this is not a conflict.
