Hi, I just carried out a test and it works for me. The shortcode displayed the membership level. Where did you check to see if it is the membership level and not the ID?
hello, to me I see 5 / Active where 5 is the membership level ID and not the membership level name. the code I put on my custom page is as follow: Il tuo livello di Membership è <strong>[swpm_show_member_info column="membership_level"] / [swpm_show_member_info column="account_state"]</strong>
Can you carry out the following test. Disable all your other plugins and carry out another test.
Do you have the latest version of this plugin?
hello, im running the version 1.1 of the SWPM Show Member Info, I can’t tell if this is the most up to date version since it is not in WordPress Plugin list and I have downloaded it from your website. Running with log on doesnt produce a full stack trace but only the redirect action after the login.
if you want to reproduce my situation here is a list of my active plugins, hope this helps:
Facebook Auto Publish
Genesis eNews Extended
Genesis Simple Share
Ninja Forms
No CAPTCHA reCAPTCHA
Simple Membership After Login Redirection
Simple Membership Custom Messages
Simple Membership Custom Messages
Simple Social Icons
Simple WordPress Membership
SWPM Show Member Info
WP-Mail-SMTP
Yoast SEO
Can you disable all your other plugins except any add-on related to Simple Membership and including the plugin. Then carry out a test. This will determine if there is a conflict with one of your other plugins.
