bugfix: calendar rendering to 2015

Hi,

Thanks for that Plugin it’s really great.

I have one Problem with the new update.
I can’t update the whole plugin because I had to do some custom things at the file
my-calendar-output.php and if I would update, the plugin wont work for my customer.

Could you please tell me which file i have to update that the rendering for the new year 2015 will work ?
