• Used the free version and felt the plugin had potential
    • Paid for the $99 version just to add reoccurring events
    • Spent hours filling out events and other info
    • Events didn’t drop off after expiration even though that was selected to do so in settings
    • Reoccurring events showed the first date it was set for, but didn’t update to the next one
    • Events started automatically changing dates to 1-1-1970 on the backend but still showed original date on the front end.
    • tried contacting customer service and they wouldn’t help unless I gave them FTP login credentials!
    • They told me I would have to show them the error log. I downloaded /wp-content/debug.log to show them but then they repeated their response that they needed to have access
    • Why would I give critical access of my website server to someone I don’t know let alone a group who’s plugin is super buggy? They told me without FTP access they can’t help.
    • I think the idea of this event plugin is great but its not great to invest your time in.
