    Trying to setup an account with the service through the plugin interface consistently gives me server error white page in my WP admin. Cannot use the plugin without an account, can’t find a way to set up an account through their website either. It could be a brilliant product, but I cannot get it to work.

    Hi,

    We would like to understand what has happened because the most part of our users has no issues with setup or registration.

    It could be the conflict with already installed plugin.

    Could you send us the info about installed plugins and overall info on [email protected], please?
