This is almost certainly a theme issue.
This is not a MetaSlider problem.
There are over 700,000 users of this plugin and no-one has reported anything like this before, except when there is a theme problem or conflict.
Please, before being rude about the hard work of our developers, open a support thread instead and let us help you.
The theme is WPAstra which generally doesn’t have compatibility issues with these plugins. Does MetaSlider work with WP Astra?
