Buggy – Doesn’t work

    I spent hours over the course of 2 days trying to get this to work, following the instructions, and watching the videos. I reset and delved into the forums on support. Both the HTTP and the DNS challenges failed despite following the instructions to the letter. It is clear they want you to pay for the premium service, but if I can’t get it to simply work then I don’t see the point of paying. delete

    No thank you, it already sucked up too much of my time. I deleted it and am looking at other options. Very poorly designed, and doesn’t do what it claims to do. Waste of time

    Without even reaching out to our free support forum, we cannot blindly determine whether you are knowledgeable enough to complete either HTTP or DNS challenge.
