Buggy Image carousel

My home, https://stoneandsons.net/ has an image carousel at the top with four looping images. When the page is loaded or refreshed there’s a (1.2.3.4.) in a vertical position that shows up above the carousel then goes away after the page is loaded. It’s very distracting and unprofessional looking. It started after I updated my theme (themeforrest Newspaper 8). I’m not good with coding, but would love it if someone could help me get rid of it.
