@jrkltd I’m sincerely sorry for the trouble you experienced and for your ticket not getting the attention it deserved. Clearly we messed up somewhere and did not do as well as we should have.
I have gone back and looked up your ticket and it seems that it accidentally got marked as resolved due to it being a thread that multiple people had all posted different (but related) issues on. The original poster’s issue was resolved, but not necessarily the follow up issues, such as yours. I’m sincerely sorry that mishap happened and would like the opportunity to try and make it up to you. I have just re-opened and responded to the support and can get this resolved for you first thing this morning, if you will allow me to assist you.
We are certainly not scammers, and I’m really sorry that that impression was given off due to our failure to properly assist you on your issue, but we are human. Unfortunately sometimes things fall through the cracks and that has clearly happened here. I due hope you will give me the opportunity to try and make up for our mishap and I look forward to assist you further.

It could’ve been an honest mistake by closing the Support Ticket, overlooking my issues. The most important thing is Pippin was man enough to admit their mistakes straight away, and helped me resolve the issues with this plugin. Actually, just now I realized that I left a review for a wrong plugin. My review was supposedly meant for EDD FES. But Pippin still took it upon himself to help me with these issues. And the Developer of EDD FES helped me also with my Registration problem. I was advised to RESET the Registration Form to restore the form settings to their new install defaults. They keep updating their plugins for bugs and new features. And I didn’t play around with the plugin enough to figure the problem out myself.
I hate reading Manuals but today, I found their User Guide and it is very easy to follow. I probably didn’t have to wait for their response too long, should I have patiently went through with their User Guide to begin with.
Easy Digital Downloads is way better than Woo Commerce because of its durability, customizable, user-friendly, reliability and very affordable add-ons.
By the way, I apologize for calling them Scammers. I am a very happy customer of EDD. I believe when they said that they didn’t intentionally ignore my Support Ticket. I am saying this because they have proved me wrong.
