Buggy, no support

    At first this was working well and it wasn’t too hard to customize the file display. Worked around a few quirks or bugs.

    I don’t know if it’s because I added SSL to my site, or if it’s not working with the latest WP version (3.8.1), but now I am unable add any files either via upload or link.

    Support requests on the author’s site (and here) go unanswered, and based on other reviews here, if you pay for the Pro version, you don’t get support then either. I would like to hear if anyone has gotten better support after paying.

    Nope I’ve had no acknowledgement from 2 tickets now – one of which is a problem preventing me from installing the extension on one of my sites!

    It’s been 3 weeks already and my follow-up email to the developers has also been ignored.

    Thanks for the updates on support, I was thinking about buying a license, but with no support, its of no use. I will use the free version and if it fails, just delete it.
