Buggy, not mobile friendly

    – Chat doesn’t scroll in mobile view.
    – Chat window doesn’t change location/alignment dynamically when changing screen size.
    – Sometimes sends multiple messages at once and then errors out if you answer the wrong one.

    If it wasn’t for these bugs, this would be an amazing plugin. Would happily use if the bugs were fixed. I’m not sure where all these positive reviews are coming from.

    If you open a support thread and include the page link with the chatbot we can interact with you better and help resolve all the issues. You can open a support thread from here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/chatbot/ . You can activate the chatbot on a single page from the page control settings under the ChatBot general settings and send us the link so the chatbot does not affect your live site.
