We are sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with our plugin and support. As you were informed through our support ticketing platform, there are no open or unresolved bugs with our plugin, and bugs should not be confused with missing features. If you had found a bug that led to plugin errors, then our programmers would have definitely fixed it, but this was not the case.
Moreover, the indexing issues you are facing are caused by missing Shortcodes of type “Item Details” so that every rental item will get its own and canonical URL.
I am testing the demo version, and it shows me after the “Drop Off Date and Time” calendar “Pick up time”, instead of “Drop off” time (which is showing up right in the VikRentCars-plugin). Does not matter, if the “Drop off time” is fixed or adjustable, same issue.

@wpmcpk thanks for your message. If you are using some Gettext language overrides, then those could be the cause of the issue. You said to be testing the “demo version”, but if you are not referring to the official demo website, then we assume you are testing the free plugin version.
There should be a generic language definition for the time label, and for the drop-off (return) date and time the system should definitely not be mentioning “Pickup time”.
