    It always gives errors when trying to backup. Constant errors accessing the wordpress database…

    Hi @cfloran,

    Thanks for your honest feedback. Often times issues with backups can often be attributed to exceeding some limitation of your hosting account, such as Memory, CPU, Disk Input/Output, or a timeout.

    Total Upkeep makes a log every time you create a backup, so that’s going to be the place we want to check first. Navigate to Total Upkeep > Tools > Logs and look for your most recent log. It will have a name like archive-XXXXXXXX.log. If you can copy that and paste it here, we’ll be able to get some more information about what went wrong.

    If you can provide us with this log I’m sure we can pin point your issue and help you to get your backup up and running properly.
