Hi,
sorry to hear that there is still some bugs !
I’m going to fix this and publish an update for it as soon as possible.
When I talked about using links, I meant that if the content get too big, It’ll be better to put this content on a more suitable page. Displaying large piece of text in my plugin might not be the better experience you could provide to your user.
This link attribute is just a link, nothing more. It’s here so you can link directly to a tutorial or wiki page somewhere.
Hope that makes sense 😉
Thanks for you feedback !
Mathieu
Hi Mathieu,
thanks much for the superquick answer! 🙂
I was just setting up everything again and till now it seems to work. I really think the main problem is when later editing; when I edited after a day, it seems to have forgotten which kind of content it is, so when i clicked to edit a note, neither “note” or “link” or anything was highlighted, perhaps that was also the reason why it disappeared afterwards or in other case couldn’t be saved.
As well I realized when using quotation marks after saving several times it always adds a / (so after several times editing it looks like that /////”….”///)
“This link attribute is just a link, nothing more. It’s here so you can link directly to a tutorial or wiki page somewhere.”
Perhaps it would be cool to be able to connect here also to a draft post or something, to have the full WordPress editor options! Just as idea 😉 But as I said right now it seems not to work (only link to a private page, but then its displayed on frontend)
Thanks a lot!
Lisa
I’ll check that out.
Thanks for you ideas.
I’ll have a think about it. As it makes sense I’ll probably add this feature to a forthcoming update.
I’ll think about the possibility of displaying larger content differently but first I want to make sure that the current version is bug free.
Regards,
Mathieu
