bugs and plugin/theme conflicts

I just installed/activated Beaver Builder Plugin (Lite Version) Version 1.10.4 | By The Beaver Builder Team…

PROBLEM: When I create a Contact Us page. Then edit with PageBuilder – the Layout Templates window pops up, with labels (but) NO PICTURES. QUESTION: What is causing the problem, and how do I fix it?
