Hey,
I just tested this and had no issue. What version of the Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer are you using? Are you running the most up to date version of WordPress?

Hey Hannah – I’m running version 1.4.3 :

Yes I’m running the most recent WordPress 5.5.1 though WooCommerce is a bit behind at 4.3.1
The issue is only on Customer Processing Order “Additional Content”, the default info “Thanks for using” is still there, no matter what content I put, Save, back to default, and resave. Other email types are fine.

Hmm, I’m not able to replicate this. Are you using any WooCommerce extensions that might be overriding?

Hi Hannah – Sorry just saw your reply (Did not see email notifications). Perhaps I have to disable some WooCommerce extensions on staging (The most prominent one is ThemeHigh Checkout Field Editor, other extensions are payment gateways). AFAIK, in WooCommere – Settings – Email – Processing Order Additional Content replicates what we have on Kadence, and this is the only template not following the changes. So I’m puzzled.

Strange. I’ll check in with the developer and make sure he isn’t seeing anything off on our end. I haven’t heard of others experiencing this which makes me think it could be a plugin conflict.

WooCommerce is a bit behind at 4.3.1
^ That would be my best guess. Start by updating that. Make sure you are not overriding any templates through your theme and then after that you need to see how your multilingual plugin is editing this. It’s possible that is creating an issue.

Hi ,I am Peter’s colleague. We just updated the woocommerce to the latest release. But the problem is still here . we have checked the text “Thanks for using ola tech” in wpml string translation. All the strings are from your plugin and woocommerce.

Hey,
Additional information is not saved in our plugin, it’s part of woocommerce core. In your screenshot it would be the bottom option. Your screenshot does not reflect what is seen here: https://www.screencast.com/t/3hgw44yS
That to me confirms you need to get that updated through WPML so that it’s showing you the correct string.
Regardless our plugin doesn’t control this, it only allows you to edit that string in the customizer.
A good way to test is to deactivate plugins until things show correctly then reactivate.
