Bug/Typos

There are two typos in this plugin. One of them breaks the Config Extractor page.

On main List Settings admin page, first paragraph, last sentence: the link to the “configuration extractor” is improperly linked to “http://tvc.presleydesignstudio.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=newsletter-sign-up/config-helper” when it should be “http://tvc.presleydesignstudio.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=newsletter-sign-up–config-helper”.

Second, the actual Config Helper tab admin page throws a require_once error. The file ‘newsletter-sign-up/includes/NSU_Admin.php’ on line 305 is missing a slash before the ‘include’ folder in the require_once line.
