Build Plugin List

I have several sites and when I clcik “add plugins” it shows me a tab saying “favorites”. If I click that tab I get the following message

“If you have marked plugins as favorites on ww.wp.xz.cn, you can browse them here”

However I cannot find anywhere in my wp.org acount to build this list. It would be awesome as I use the same plugins on every site.

Can someone show me how, or where, to build this list.
