Bulk action / block user

Hey.
I use front end PM free version.
I want to hear if it is possible to do that user, can not block administrator, but can only block other user.

As I see it right now, anyone can block both user and administrator.

Possibility is to turn off that user can block other users, but in this case, bulk action still occurs on the front end but is not usable.
