    Dear,

    During the first transfer to a temporary site ok all forms set the addresses from [email protected] to [email protected] I have NOW changed the domain name from temp.domain.com to dominio.com except that all the email addresses in the formatted forms remained with the temporary address ( @temp.domai.com ): How can I change them?? manually it is a huge process there are over 300 forms

    ok, solve this, only use a tools for rename name directely in database work.

    I hope you’re well today!

    Yes, you need to use some sort of “search and replace” tool in such case – it can be directly in DB if you feel comfortable with it or a plugin such as free Better Search and Replace.

    That’s because e-mail addresses for email notifications are not permanently bound to the site domain – you can set whatever e-mail address you need, may it be in your domain or any other 3rd-party e-mail and there’s really now way to automatically discover whether the domain change should be followed by the e-mail change or if e-mails should stay intact.
