Bulk Clients?

    Hi, is there a way to add clients in bulk (without their emails)? I know you can add emails and it will automatically generate a link to each email, but would be nice if this could also apply to just names.

    Also, is there a way to export the list of names and their links (this is so I don’t have to copy the name and their link for each individual)?

    Last but not least, would be nice to have the clients’ name displayed when they click their link, so they know they are in the right page. Like “welcome John Doe” or something like that.

    Hi @goody317,

    Currently there is no way to “bulk add” multiple clients without using email. (Sending a collection to multiple clients is a Pro feature, by the way).

    You can download a text file of all the clients’ selections of course, but there’s no “name + link” list export. (I guess it could be implemented using JS pretty quickly. Send an email to [email protected] and I’ll be able to send you some pointers on how to get started on that.)

    Displaying the client name somewhere within the collection is a great idea. I’ll make sure to add it to our feature request list.
