Bulk close ticket

    Hello
    Great plugin really love this

    is it possible to close bulk ticket at a time ?

    Or after 72 hours ticket will be auto close without customer reply support ticket ?

    One by one close support ticket take to much time.

    You can give me some example so i can do by my self 🙂

    Not at the moment. We have plans to maybe introduce an “auto-close” feature where tickets going unanswered would be automatically closed after X days. We also have plans to add a bulk close option. Unfortunately, I can’t give you an ETA at the moment.
