Bulk convert but via program

Hello Team,

I have multiple posts on my website that I need to bulk convert using a plugin or a child theme. However, I cannot use WP-CLI for this task. I’ve noticed that when I open an existing post in the editor (in HTML mode) and simply click “Save,” the post gets converted successfully.

I would like to achieve the same result programmatically.
