Bulk Convert Not Working – WebP Express Plugin

Hello,

I’m currently using the WebP Express plugin on our website to optimize and serve images in WebP format. While the plugin seems to be set up correctly and is serving some images in WebP, I’m facing an issue with the Bulk Convert functionality.

When I go to Media > Bulk Convert, the interface loads, but when I initiate the conversion, nothing happens. The images are not being converted, and I’m not seeing any success or error messages. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the screen after clicking “Convert”.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

• Cleared all caches (browser, site, and CDN)
• Checked folder permissions (wp-content/uploads-webpc)
• Verified plugin settings (conversion method is set to recommended: cwebp)
• Disabled other optimization plugins temporarily to avoid conflicts

System Info:

• WordPress Version: [6.8.2]
• PHP Version: [8.0.30]
• Plugin Version: [0.25.9]

Could you please help me understand what might be causing the bulk conversion to fail? Any logs or debugging suggestions would also be appreciated.
