The CSV Import to bulk import categories? Or the CSV Import extension to bulk import entries into the directory?
If this is in regards to the CSV Import extension, then you must open a support ticket on our support forums as ww.wp.xz.cn support forums does not permit support of commercial plugins on their support forums.
