bulk delete old migrated data

Using the latest version of ACF in a new build and used the wordpress import/export to bring in ~180pages from existing site. Unfortunately it also brought over a bunch of custom field stuff we are not using.

Of course we don’t have a backup of the db before migration, who does that…oof.

Question:
via phpmyadmin using a sql command; What is the best way to delete all the records in wp_postmeta which contain any of the old meta_key ?

do i need to delete anything from wp_posts as well?
