Bulk edit not working

    Hi there,

    I’ve been using your plugin for a year now and today I needed to bulk edit and I only have the “Move to trash” option : https://image.ibb.co/hu2BmS/2018_02_12_1920.png

    I have deactivated my theme for twentytwelve and all other plugins have been deactivated but still, the problem persists.

    Hi:

    There are no bulk edit options other than move to trash in the core plugin. While they used to be there in older versions of Awesome Support they were the default WordPress ones and could corrupt ticket data so we removed them in later versions of the plugin.

    Hi:

    Its not outdated – you’re looking at the documentation for the POWERPACK add-on (a premium add-on) that includes specialized bulk edits, merges etc. for the tickets and replies. That’s not the documentation for the free core plugin.

    Also, as you can see from the screen shot, only certain fields are editable in this specialized version of the bulk edit screen. Other ticket fields will not be able to be bulk edited even with the POWERPACK add-on.

    you’re looking at the documentation for the POWERPACK add-on (a premium add-on)

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any add-ons from their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their potential customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
