The easiest way to handle tiered pricing in bulk is to import them from CSV.

You posted a year ago about Sale pricing and Tiers. That there was an update allowing the sale price to override Tiers. As our product on sale is less expensive than the tiers so it should be the price. With our plugin, the only thing I see is that the price changes to a higher price.
Example. Regular price $10. 10-20 quantity is $9. 21-20 is $8. But if we have a sale for $5 each. As soon as customer sets qty to 10, it jumps to $9 each.
