Bulk Export all invoice

    Hi,

    Our accountant wants to have a look at all invoices for 2017.

    1) Is there a smart way to bulk export all of them? Or Do I have to do this manually?

    2) I recieve the invoice because Im admin at the website. Is it possible to add another email?

    Currently we don’t have a bulk export function besides the one from the bulk actions menu. We do have an extension that uploads all invoices to dropbox automatically, but for the past orders you’d still have to export them manually (also available in bulk for dropbox, it creates individual files).

    Yes you can add another address to the recipients of the admin email via the settings: WooCommerce > Settings > Email > New Order > Recipients.
    However, I recommend not using this email to attach the invoice because it means that all orders get an invoice, regardless of whether they end up being cancelled or failed. See: Invoice numbers explained.
