Bulk Image Import with Variable

Hello, I am wondering if someone can help me. I have a tshirt company online. When I create a new design, I have 2 attributes (size and color). Currently, there is a size selector on each product page and a color swatch example for the tshirt design. I don’t know if there is a better/quicker way to do this or a plugin or something but when including the variables for each shirt, I select the color and then size and then the same color swatch for the sizes. Each color comes in S-5XL sizes so I load the same image (black for example, 8 times to complete that color) until I get to a new color where I have to do the same thing all over again for the new color. This is VERY time consuming and redundant. The output online is correct, I want when you choose a color for the shirt and your appropriate size, the swatch image changes to the correct color. I hope this makes sense to anyone that can help me. Thank you in advance.
