    Hi – I have just installed and activated ShortPixel Image Optimizer. I saved the settings and went to bulk optimization (it shows 39 images for optimization excluding thumbnails). The images are mostly less than 1-2MB in size. When I click on Optimize button, it shows the following…

    “Media Library and Custom folders optimization in progress …
    Bulk optimization has started. This process will take some time, depending on the number of images in your library. In the meantime, you can continue using the admin as usual, in a different browser window or tab.”

    However, even after waiting for 30 minutes or so, it just doesn’t complete, rather the progress bar remains at 0%, and average reduction also shows 0%. Please advise. Thanks.

    Dear Dan & Alex – Further to our email communication, kindly let me know if you have some other suggestions and ideas on resolving the above issue. I would prefer not to share admin access, but if you think it is really necessary to figure out the problem, I could create a temporary admin ID for your team. Please let me know either way. Thanks.

    For anyone facing a similar issue: the problem seems to have been related to an (yet) unidentified plugin that was conflicting with ShortPixel. Deactivating all the other plugins and then activating them one by one solved the issue.

    Yes, the problem is resolved satisfactorily with help from ShortPixel Team Alex and Dan. One simple suggestion for people facing similar issue is to try clearing your plugin, which might help. Thanks Shortpixel team for your prompt help and support. Appreciate it.
