Bulk Import not working | ww.wp.xz.cn

Recently installed the Ultimate FAQs as premium user BUT I cannot get the import to work. Anyone else having this problem? Export works fine, after selecting and importing the list, it prompts that “import successful” but nothing really is added to the Q&As.

Also not seeing any error messages in my php console

Hope anyone can help
