bulk opptimization not working

Hi, as reported in this thread https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/error-for-robin-image-optimizer-to-work-you-need-to-install-php-extension-php/ the bulk optimization is not working… we click the schedule button… but no way… it runs forever …. but no optimized image.

As you said in the previuous post https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/error-for-robin-image-optimizer-to-work-you-need-to-install-php-extension-php/ we tried to register into the forum but cannot register : i fill the form but no message of “user created” or so on…
