Bulk Optimizer so slow …

    Hello. I’m using Optimus HQ. There are a lot of images on my website (more than 20 000). Because of what “Optimus Bulk Optimizer” takes a very long time. Unfortunately I can not keep the tab open for so long. And I have a questions:

    • what happens if I close it?
    • Will the process stop?
    • Can it be renewed?
    • Will it resume from the same place or will it start optimizing all the files again?

    I think this approach is not a good one. Why not use the WP Cron? In this case, the optimization process would go in the background without having to keep the tab open.

    If you close the tab during the bulk optimization process the process will simply stop. You can then pick up where you left off by initializing another bulk optimization.
