I have 3 sites using Newsletters 4.12 – 2 Free and 1 Pro. Bulk actions (e.g. Unsubscribe) with the Manage Subscribers works using one of my two sites with Free instances of Newsletters. However, on the site with Pro and the site with the other Free instance, none of the bulk actions work. There is no feedback other than refreshing the screen – can’t unsubscribe, delete, etc. Tried clearing site and browser cache, and logging out/in with no difference. Site/Instance that DOES work uses a simple WordPress theme and is running WordPress 6.9. Sites that don’t work are using WordPress 6.8.3 and Cryout Creation themes. Any ideas what I should be checking? Much appreciate any ideas.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to replicate this. We tried with 2 free themes that you mentioned and we didn’t have any issue with bulk actions in both paid and free versions of our Newsletter plugin.

Could you go through the troubleshooting steps found here: https://tribulant.com/support/
The most important points are disabling plugins and themes (use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to temporarily disable and enable them all at once), ensuring only one version (paid/lite) is installed, and using the correct PHP version (up to PHP 8.2 as of v4.12 and v4.13). Once that’s done, please reply back with your findings.

    Thank you!
