Bulk turn off variation

I run a sticker store selling custom stickers and have each sticker colour set as a variation. Is there any way to turn off “out of stock” colours across the entire website without using the stock management system?

I don’t keep the stickers in stock, I simply keep the materials in stock so that I can cut the sticker as needed when the order comes through. So of course simply entering a stock number does not work for me.

What would be ideal is to go into one section and click one button to turn off all of that colour across the store. For example. I have ran out of yellow vinyl materials and need to turn off that colour until the new material stock arrives.
