Hello, I own the pro version and would like to ask, and or make a feature request.

Using your plugin, along with any other bulk style plugins, does not provide the ability to perform large tasks without crashing the server

I’d like to make a feature request that there be an option to handle bukl process’s in Batches, to prevent server crashes. I don’t mean manual batches, because I don’t want to manually delete 10 things at a time, I’m suggesting if I select 5000 orders to delete, that maybe your plugin could automatically delete them slowly to prevent the crash.

This is something I never see a plugin do, forcing me to do database queries and break my website and also leave other, old data as a result of not being proficient in db queries etc

Whats the point of a bulk editor if I cant bulk edit without crashing
    😀

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Would like to update you that currently Smart Manager does do batches internally whenever batch updating multiple products, orders or customers in bulk.

With regards to deleting the order, currently you can delete only 100 orders at a time and that should not crash the server.

As you are facing an issue with the batch update, could you please make sure that you are using the latest version of SMart Manager [i.e. v3.9.13].

Also, if still the issue persists, then request you to kindly mail us your wordpress site admin login credentials at ‘support(at)storeapps(dot)org’ along with steps to reproduce the issue and we will investigate & resolve the issue asap.

P.S. For any queries related to the ‘Pro’ version, request you to kindly mail us the same at ‘support(at)storeapps(dot)org’.
