bulk upload made duplicate image

i have problem when upload bulk images (about 200 images) at once into post. after i select all images and add them, this plugin is loading and then return no response message.

after i check my post, all image is uploaded but make many duplicate about 6 times from real total images.

when i check at media library become like this:
image-name.jpg
image-name-1.jpg
image-name-2.jpg
image-name-3.jpg
image-name-4.jpg
image-name-5.jpg
image-name-6.jpg

its happen on each image, so its generate 1200 images from real 200 images.

note:
*i was check this problem with 5 post. this plugin always generate duplicate about 3-6 times when i upload bulk images (100++ at once).
*this plugin work normally when i upload under 30 images at once.
*this duplicate is not from wordpress regenerate (small,medium,large) but pure duplicate original image at same size.

please help to solve this problem…
