Bullet lists

my client has learnpress installed and was working on lessons today.
However we appear to be having an issue with bullet lists.

On the page listed she want one group to appear as numbered points

1. Balance all of your meridians and energies
2. Boost your immune system
3. Dilute the stress response
4. Increase strength & vitality

and the second one as circles.

• Bunch the fingers of your dominant hand together
• Tap around your thymus area in a large circle in an anticlockwise direction (or left to right over top)
• Do this for at least 20 seconds

I can make the page look like this in edit page , it looks like this on preview page, but when you see the live page they both default to numbered.

This isn’t happening on blog posts or pages just on learnpress pages.
I tried manually to edit the html no effect.
I enabled guttenburg an that still hasn’t resolved it.

I switched to 2023 theme – no difference and i tried turning off the cache, still nothing.

Any thoughts please
