Hi there!
WPP doesn’t add bullets to the list nor remove them – it inherits the bulleted style from your theme. If you switched to another theme, chances are your new theme doesn’t add bullets to UL/OL lists.
Also, please next time you report an issue be as descriptive as possible. Posting stuff like this doesn’t really give me any information about your problem other than “something stopped working, please try guessing what happened and help me fix it”.
Since it’s been over a week since OP’s last response, I’m assuming he/she managed to fix the issue and so I’m marking this as resolved.
