Bunched up/inconsistent anchors

I am trying to use the Collapse-o-Matic plug-in for a ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ page on our website.

I was able to install the code ok, but it is bunching all of the links together. I tried looking at a previous thread about inconsistent nesting and implementing those changes, but was still having issues.
