How do I set it up for the following scenarios? I have tried a couple of different ways and I cannot get it to work.

If a customer makes a purchase of a Bundle (which is Category A and Category B):
1 of any product in Category A + 1 of any product in Category 2 and get $50 off
2 of any product in Category A + 2 of any product in Category 2 and get $75 off
3 of any product in Category A + 3 of any product in Category 2 and get $100 off

Can you give a try by creating a category combination rule.
Something like this –> https://docs.flycart.org/en/articles/4279899-category-combination-get-discount-only-when-category-a-b-c-are-in-the-cart-2-0

In the discount section, you can set fixed discount.
