Thanks for trying out our plugin. Let me see if I can help you with this issue.
There are two methods for entering business info in the directory plugin:
- Front-End User Submitted Entries
- Admin Dashboard “Add Listings”
From the front end if “Public Submissions” is activated a registered user should be able to enter all of the info required, including address, phone, etc.
Otherwise a site admin can manually enter the data here:
DASHBOARD >> Directory >> Add Listing
The appropriate fields should be found just below the page editor. If you do not see these, try checking the “Screen Options” tab (upper right hand corner of the editor page).
Make sure the following screen options are checked:
- Logo
- Contact Information
- Location
- Web Addresses

contact information. only have the following :
– Logo
– Owner
– Categories
– tags
– Summary
– Slug
